AANBEVELING VAN JEAN EN NELIA BEZUIDENHOUT Van die eerste ontmoeting om ons troue te bespreek was Pastoor Jaco Venter gerusstellend, gaaf, gemaklik, geduldig, vriendelik, verstaanbaar en betroubaar. Hy was/is gemaklik met geloof en het ons dadelik op ons gemak gesit. Geloof is altyd ongemaklik as mens met ‘n vreemdeling daaroor praat maar met Pastoor Jaco Venter het dit soos ‘n ou vriend gevoel. Ons het ook vreeslik waardeer dat hy sonder huiwering vir ons soos Elvis aangetrek het om dit vir ons spesiaal te maak. Hy het dit met die grootste liefde gedoen. Ek sal Pastoor Jaco Venter met al die confidence in die wêreld aan enige iemand aanbeveel. Nie net oor sy ongelooflike translation van geloof nie maar ook sy maklike en spontane houding. Hy is so ongelooflik opgewonde oor geloof dat dit my weer hoop gegee het. Hy was ‘n inspirasie – ‘n duisend keer oor! Hy is ongelooflik gaaf en sy manier van geloof is opwindend, vriendelik, eenvoudig en liefdevol. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Jaco, Thank you so much for the wonderful service you did for Neil and I. It was just so wonderful and we loved every minute of it as did our guests. A lot of people have commented on how nice your service was. We have watched it over on the DVD and gee you hear a lot more the second time around :) It is great that we can always hear the vows we made to each other, be reminded of them and live by them. Professionele Fotograaf Een van hulle was weer soos in die ou dae saam met my !! Was so lekker om jou te sien my maat, en die preek was ongelooflik !! Ek het met tye sommer lekker kliphard gelag. Dis waarom ek jou ALTYD kan aanbeveel met die GROOTSTE vrymoedigheid. Jy is so op die moderne mens se "level". Wens meer mense kan daai 20 min voor jou sit. Dis pitkos vir enige huwelik. 'N Wake-up call wat so tussen die glimlagte deur 'n mens onder die kort ribbes slaan. 'n Lewendige preek wat nie 'n vervelige oomblik in het nie. Jy kom net met HEELTEMAL 'n ander inslag en dit spreek so direk tot 'n mens. Ek dink daardie diep siel van jou is nog steeds besig met PRESIES die regte roeping !! En sover dit my wens aangaan dat meer mense jou kan hoor - ek glo minder huwelike sal net vou as daar so 'n reminder of twee van jou preke op GOEIE grond val. Die gesegde lui mos juis: When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. STAR OF THE DAY VOTE To Wed by Jaco Jaco married my husband and I at Casalinga on 15 July 2007. It was a warm, honest, funny service, and not too long which is exactly what I wanted. Jaco really listened to how I wanted the service to be and made it exactly as I asked. He was professional and gave my husband and I all the information with regards to vows etc. (I had no clue and I'm sure, neither did my husband.) Jaco also christened our daughter on that day and has since christened our second arrival Kayte. Just the fact that we asked him to do Kayte's christening must tell you how much we enjoy his work and how much we trust him. I hope you are keeping well? I would like to start off by saying thank you so much for making one of the most important days in our lives so special. Your sermon was beautiful and I really appreciate all the effort that you put into it, it felt as if you’ve known Mauritz and I for years. I must also add that your sermon has touched many of our guest’s lives, in particular one gentlemen who is really going through a very hard time at the moment. He really loved your sermon and many of the guests say that the sermon was as if you were talking to them directly. Our guests have complimented your friendliness, warmth, humor and professionalism, you can be very proud of yourself!! Carla Van Der Merwe - 18/04/09 We wanted a simple plain wedding as we had a limited budget and Jaco made it exceptional and outstanding, something we will both remember for the rest of our lives. He was over and above the standard we expected and went out of his way to make our day extra special for us! he made sure our nerves were settled before we started the ceremony and that alone made us enjoy it more. he has a way to deal with people and we loved the ceremony he performed for us!! Sincerity, genuinity, it felt like we knew him although we only met him before the wedding as we live in Dubai. He is superb in what he do and made us feel at ease. Kindest regards, Jon-Pierre & Mathilda Viglieno (28 March 2009) When we went to see Jaco, my husband and I requested a non-christian ceremony because we didn't want people to be bored while listening to a 'preach'. Jaco managed to respect our wish and at the same time convey a close, loving ceremony, stating all the important facts of love and a marriage. Most of the people at our wedding came to us afterward and complimented Jaco for the brilliant service. In fact, on our wedding day I wanted him to go on and on ....we couldn't get enough of him! He made our wedding ceremony romantic, full of love, sensible, like a fairy tale and at the same time exciting, joyful and funny! Jaco was PERFECT. Most of the time at weddings people want to get the ceremony out of the way to go to the reception. At our wedding, the reception was almost like an after thought... Everybody present could associate with the things he said, real life situations that are so familiar. He did this without 'preaching' in ANY way! His message came through crystal clear, short and sweet and WONDERFUL!! Believe me: Jaco is the BEST!!! We are now friends on facebook as well, I want to know him for as long as I can. He became a friend in a such a short while. A friend that contributed to our wonderful wedding day. I will always be thankful for the way he handled the ceremony. His contribution made the day even more memorable |
